Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, prices in the e-shop are always inclusive of VAT.
What methods of payment are accepted?
You can pay with credit card, debit card, prepaid cards, PayPal, and wire transfer (for this last method, wines will be shipped once funds have arrived, usually taking 2/3 work days). Credit card, debit card, and prepaid card payments are processed through PayPal and a subscription is not required.
How can I use a Coupon?
If you are in possession of a Coupon, all you need to do is enter the code in the correct field at checkout; you will immediately see the updated price.
How many and which bottles can I buy?
You can buy any wine available in our e-shop. The minimum order is of 1 bottle and you can combine any bottle you prefer in your order.
What are the shipping costs?
In Italy, shipping is included for orders of €50 or more. Otherwise, you can see the shipping cost for your order in the cart page, once the shipping address has been inserte.
Can I track my package?
Of course! Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the tracking code.
How long until I receive my wines?
In the wide majority of cases, our orders reach their destinations in 2/3 work days. In some cases it is possible for the shipping to take as many as 5 working days.
What should I do if the package is damaged?
In the rare instances when the package is visibly and seriously damaged, we ask you not to accept it. Should you do, we ask you to report to us the damage (with a photo) via email. In both cases the return shipping cost is on us and we will substitute the goods free of charge.
What should I do if the wine is ‘corked’?
We use closures in DIAM natural cork, which are free of such issues. If you believe there is a problem with your wine, we ask you to communicate it to us and we will be glad to send you a coupon of the same value to use on our e-shop.
What should I do if I changed my mind on my purchase?
Within 14 days from purchasing, we are happy to accommodate your change of mind. To exercise your right, the bottles must be intact. Additional information in our “General sales conditions” document.
I have a VAT number, how can I get a commercial invoice?
For this type of orders, we ask you to reach out to us via email using the form in our website.
